Report a page

We read every report.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first.

Tell us which page it is and what is wrong. Every report is read by a person.

Email a report

Or write to abuse@bounley.com. Some kinds of report need specific details so we can act on them quickly — they are below.

A child is being sexually exploited

Report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678, and email us the page address at abuse@bounley.com. Don’t download, screenshot or forward the material — the link is all we need. We remove it and report it to NCMEC, as federal law requires.

Intimate images shared without consent

This includes images that were AI-generated or altered to look like a real person. Email abuse@bounley.com with:

  1. Your signature — typing your full name is enough.
  2. The page address, and a description of the image or images so we can find them.
  3. A short statement that you believe in good faith that the image was published without the consent of the person shown — you, or someone you are allowed to act for.
  4. How we can contact you.

We remove valid requests within 48 hours, and we make reasonable efforts to find and remove identical copies elsewhere on Bounley. You may also want to use StopNCII.org (for adults) or NCMEC’s Take It Down (for images of anyone under 18), which help remove images from other services too.

Someone is pretending to be you or your brand

Email legal@bounley.com with the page address, who is being impersonated, and how we can confirm that you are that person or are allowed to act for them. Please don’t send ID documents unless we ask.

Trademark

Email legal@bounley.com with the page address, the trademark, where it is registered and its registration number, and how the page is using it.

Please follow our Copyright policy — a notice needs specific details before we can act on it.

Scams, harassment, hate, private information and everything else

Phishing or scams, malware, threats, harassment, hate speech, someone’s private information posted without permission, or anything else that breaks our community rules: email abuse@bounley.com with the page address and what you saw.

Law enforcement

Send requests to legal@bounley.com. We require valid legal process, except in an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical injury — put “EMERGENCY” in the subject line.

What happens next

We review the report and may remove content, take the page down, or suspend the account. We can’t always tell you what we decided, and we don’t tell page owners who reported them. Deliberately false reports can lead to action against the person who sent them.

If your page was taken down and you think we got it wrong, email abuse@bounley.com from the address on your account.
