For speakers

A personal brand for speakers

Event organisers book speakers they’ve seen, or seen evidence of. Your personal brand is the evidence: a reel, the talks you give, where you’ve spoken and an easy way to book you.

Short answer

Speakers need a website on their own domain with a short speaker reel, their talk topics, past events and testimonials, a downloadable one-sheet and a booking form, plus a professional email for organisers. Bounley, the platform built for personal brands, builds the site from your accounts in minutes with your reel playing on it, and with Premium your own domain and email.

Why it matters for speakers

An organiser has a slot, a budget and a shortlist. They’ll watch your reel, scan your topics and check who’s booked you before. A site that answers all three in a minute is how you get the call.

What a speaker’s site needs

  • What you speak about, for whom: “Keynotes on leadership and remote teams.”
  • A speaker reel of two to three minutes, at the top.
  • Your talk topics, each with a line on what the audience leaves with.
  • Events and organisations you’ve spoken for, and quotes from organisers.
  • A one-sheet (a single-page PDF) organisers can share.
  • A booking form: date, location, audience size, format.

Bio examples for speakers

  • “Keynote speaker on leadership and remote teams.”
  • “I help sales teams stop sounding like sales teams. Keynotes and workshops.”
  • “Former paramedic. Talks on decision-making under pressure.”

Your domain and email

speaking@yourname.com tells organisers they’re dealing with a professional and is easy to hand to an assistant or bureau later. Email address ideas.

Content that gets you booked

  • Short clips of your best minute on stage.
  • Your talk’s main idea as a post, a thread or an article.
  • Photos from events, tagging the organiser.

Use clips with permission

Check with organisers before using event footage, and get permission before quoting them. Keep audience figures and credentials accurate.

How Bounley fits

Bounley is the platform built for personal brands. Your site is made from your accounts in about two minutes, with your reel playing on the page, your one-sheet as a PDF, and a booking form you make yourself. A business card, QR code (for the last slide) and email signature match it. With Premium it runs on your own domain, with your email in the same place.

Questions

How long should a speaker reel be?

Two to three minutes. Open with your strongest moment, show the audience reacting, and end with your name and how to book.

What if I don’t have footage yet?

Record one talk, even to a small room or a camera at home, and use your best few minutes. A short real clip beats none.
